Hello... I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator specialising in ADHD and disordered eating. I help people break free from the binge-restrict cycle and build a lasting, peaceful relationship with food.

I have ADHD myself, and spent 33 years not knowing it was behind my own struggles with food. When I was diagnosed in 2020, in true ADHD style, I hyperfocused on connecting the dots and looking for a solution designed specifically for ADHD minds. I couldn’t find one, so I created one of my own. That system has now helped thousands of ADHD men and women do what no diet ever could... with life changing effects.

It’s my mission to guide as many ADHD men and women around the world as possible to build a relationship with food specific to their beautiful neurodivergent minds.
